James 1:2-4

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” We often tend to worry and be discouraged when faced with an unpleasant or difficult situation. But according to James we’re supposed to consider it a joy, a good thing as God is purifying us and making us complete by giving us such trials and sufferings.... Do we have the heart to find the joy even in our sufferings? It is hard and it’s okay to feel anxious at times but do we look towards our trials positively trusting in God fully?
